Our Story
Steamy & Creamy was founded with a simple mission: to introduce the true taste of Vietnam to Brunei while preserving the culinary heritage of Nam Dinh, widely recognized as the birthplace of Pho.
Steamy & Creamy is a halal Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of Kiulap, Brunei, proudly serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our menu features beloved Vietnamese specialties such as Pho, Banh Mi, Fried Spring Rolls (Nem Ran), Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon), Bun Cha Gio, and the famous Vietnamese Egg Coffee.
Our founders and head chefs come from Nam Dinh and Bac Giang in Northern Vietnam, bringing many years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for traditional Vietnamese cooking. Inspired by generations of culinary traditions, we are committed to sharing authentic Vietnamese flavors with the Bruneian community.

Our Pho is prepared following the traditional Nam Dinh style, featuring a naturally sweet and clear broth slowly simmered from premium beef bones for many hours.
We believe authentic flavors come from fresh ingredients, careful preparation, and time-honored techniques rather than artificial seasonings. Therefore, our recipes use little to no MSG, refined sugar, or artificial flavor enhancers whenever possible.
